I have been using Celcom for almost 5 years. During COVID-19 lockdown celcom mobile internet is the fastest in my area compare to other service provider. But, since 3-4 months ago, it becomes the worst ever. I've tried all the suggestions that I could find on the internet to boost the speed but none of them work. Really frustrating!

I visit Malaysia for a short period of time every few months when I visit my in-laws. During that time I would like to have a good access to the internet. Unfortunately the connection is very slow for long periods of time and occasionally its good. When I called the customer service I listened to the ambitious plan of 5G nationwide! I couldn't believe my ears what's the point of starting 5G when many areas don't even have basic internet connectivity! I don't get this selective internet connection. It's like the bandwidth is shared between areas ! I also checked the base station signal and it was good but with no internet! Being connected nowadays is very important because of people have online business and online meetings, with these connectivity unfortunately it's not feasible. Please get your 3G, 4G network up and running with decent speeds first before dreaming of 5G! Good luck

Buat sesuatu di kawasan perkampungan line takde sentiasa di gelang patah.aku top up 1 bulan internet bukan untuk saja saja aku nak tengok tik tok instagram chatting bangsat kalau takde juga perubahan aku akan lakukan sesuatu yang akan pastikan kau bangkrup

Aku beli internet 6mbps pon lembab, dah berapa bulan line lembab, nak buat kerja berkaitan online pon lembab, mula2 boleh sabar lagi, tapi dh hari2 sama je lembab!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m so sick of the connection, it’s always “E” cannot excess to the Internet at all almost all the time, when I called the cll Center SOME of the staff attitude also disappointed me, I got a trouble from your connection and your Celcom Team giving me more worse attitude how can I handle this kind of situation it’s so frustrating.

celcom is very bad network provider..the plan are expensive but is too slow everywhere even i am in town shah alam..centre..shame on you..celcom better carefull..

1. I had been switching into Family line in celcom recently. When I went to the service counter, the agent told me that will be having a RM10 charges in order to do it. But after I received my statement, there was a RM10 (processing fee) + another RM50 (transfer of subscription fee). I’m so disappointed that they were not mention it to me when I do the transfer into Family line. 2. Not just me but friends around me are facing no service issue quite frequent. It is so inconvenient especially when we are using waze. 3. Live agent do nothing but only apologize when we bring up the issues we are facing through live chat. 4. App always stuck and data usage is not updated. Been submitting few report but it only fixed after several times (took me 1-2 months) Conclusion, it is not advisable to switch to celcom or if you are currently a celcom user, please think clearly before you switch into the family line. We do not know if there will be any additional charges that they never tell.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS internet providing service, no difference even when I'm in the middle of the city. Outrageous price for such a bad connection, extremely unstable, sometimes drops to E+ for no reason.

I am an existing Celcom subscriber and planned to buy iPhone 13 pro or pro max from Celcom cube in Aeon Bandaraya Melaka. Once I arrived there I asked a Celcom representative if either of the iPhone models was available. He replied no. I expected him to make enquiries from the other branch in Melaka Raya but he did no such thing. I proceeded to say that I would then have to buy it on line. I felt somewhat disappointed and thought I may switch to another telecommunications company to purchase the smart phone of my choice. I decided to drive over to Celcom Cube at Melaka Raya and I’m glad I did. I approached a young man named Alex who said he would ask his colleague. Meanwhile he gave me a queue number and showed me to the waiting area to have a seat and said that I will be attended to shortly. Cik Ainie Roslani attended to me and she said that she will check the stocks. Within a few minutes she informed me that there were two iPhone 13 pro left and helped me make my choice. Once I had decided on the iPhone I wanted she proceeded on to do all the documentation with changes made to my celcom post paid plan. Once payment was made, Alex helped me with setting up my new phone and to assist me to transfer all my current apps to the new phone. Cik Ainie also informed me of Celcom’s other services which may be of interest to me. I am truly impressed by both Cik Ainie and Alex’s customer service. I strongly recommend Celcom Cube Melaka Raya to all customers. Ribuan terima kasih, Cik Ainie dan Alex!

Celcom representative shouted us like a dog over the phone for late payment of bills when we have already settled the balance a few weeks ago. When we showed her the transaction receipt to prove that we had made the payment a long time ago, she blocks us on whatsapp. Extremely rude and uncivilised. She obviously have no experience with handling calls, and had to reduce to verbally insult customers like a child.

My area in Bandar Nusaputra is a non Celcom achievable network. Practically can't get any transmission either calls in or out. What a waste of money to subscribe to this so call great network provider. Trash until they rectify this issue.

Celcom is one of the biggest but worst network provider given that plans are expensive and 4G signal is slow and at times 1 bar at KL city center. Better off with other telco provided like UMobile that gives better speed and stability even the coverage not as wide as celcom. Shame on you.
