Just talk to your lady customer service.
She need more training to explain how a prepaid Celcom user can purchase international data roaming.
She need to speak clearly & improve on pronunciation.
In my opinion, if your Malaysian staff not that fluent in English, assign them to talk in our bahasa kebangsaan.
Honestly at first I thought she is an expatriate from India, but she is Malaysian.
