To make it simple and easy to understand. Celcom is the worst Telco I have ever signed up for.
Changed my mobile plan. Few days later phone got barred. Check online, i do not have any outstanding. Trying to get help but customer service only available from 7am to 12am but they barred my phone at 12:10am.
Since July, i have to call to unbarred my number but all they did was to ask me to make payment even before I receive my billing statement which is the very first day of my billing month.
Called them every month because of this but probs still remained.
Instead of informing customers to increase the credit limit due to change of mobile plan, they simply asked me to pay RM150 when my account shows negative RM0.40 outstanding amount.
Why restrict customer to only able to increase credit limit every 6mths? Why not monthly? Why not allowing them to do it online?
I really hope i could cancel the plan and return the damn phone. Just sign up with another Telco still better than getting ur phone barred every month on the very first billing day.
Ridiculous!
Wasted a trip to bluecube, nothing has been done. Called every month, nothing has been done. Check if they have submitted a report, no report submitted!
Celcom can you just close down? Don’t scam our money please.
