Celcom representative shouted us like a dog over the phone for late payment of bills when we have already settled the balance a few weeks ago. When we showed her the transaction receipt to prove that we had made the payment a long time ago, she blocks us on whatsapp. Extremely rude and uncivilised. She obviously have no experience with handling calls, and had to reduce to verbally insult customers like a child.
