1. I had been switching into Family line in celcom recently. When I went to the service counter, the agent told me that will be having a RM10 charges in order to do it.
But after I received my statement, there was a RM10 (processing fee) + another RM50 (transfer of subscription fee).
I’m so disappointed that they were not mention it to me when I do the transfer into Family line.
2. Not just me but friends around me are facing no service issue quite frequent. It is so inconvenient especially when we are using waze.
3. Live agent do nothing but only apologize when we bring up the issues we are facing through live chat.
4. App always stuck and data usage is not updated. Been submitting few report but it only fixed after several times (took me 1-2 months)
Conclusion, it is not advisable to switch to celcom or if you are currently a celcom user, please think clearly before you switch into the family line. We do not know if there will be any additional charges that they never tell.
