seldom need to go through customer service of celcom because the system was quite good in terms of automatic billing checking.
recently due to billing issue, i logged a report with celcom, without checking, the operator was saying that the issue was caused by me according to his experience.
he then reluctantly say he would create a report and ask me to check back after 3 days. 2 days later , i got a miss call from celcom, when i pick up, it just hang up. i take initiative to call back, again when it almost reach the operator, it hang up again.
i check the app, they straight away close my case without giving me any update.
celcom really need to improve their customer service, especially their agent quality.
