Celcom,your customer service is the worst!Not really keen to listen to customer problem and didnt help much at all.I called yesterday around 2pm asking for as assistance because i am unable to connect to my homefibre.the roouter keep on blinking wit the red light.i’ve been told a ticket will be raised for a techinician but until at this moment,i haven’t received any messages from your side.i am urgently need to use the internet and now i have to take leave and walk in to the nearest celcom centre!so in efficient celcom in handling customer issues!
