I was delighted with my Meadow Cream seat pads and ordered a further two. I was sent a Meadow Cream cushion instead. On contacting the company, not only was I able to keep the cushion by way of an apology, but the seat pads I'd ordered arrived the following day. I was very impressed. It was a first class service for a first class product: shall definitely use again.
