I bought a meditation mat and cushion. They are quality items, both in terms of the material and the quality of the workmanship. The cushion is well filled with good quality buckwheat, so that the buyer can adjust the amount to suit. The mat is thick, soft, but light and portable. I have beed meditating for a couple of years, but this is the first time I have been able to get truly comfortable and so increase my sitting length. Very pleased.
