We wanted to buy one standard and one made-to-measure draught excluder, but in a fabric in which only one was available. We asked the question, received a full reply and were able to obtain exactly what we wanted. We’re now the owners of two different-sized-but-otherwise-matching draught excluders and we couldn’t be more pleased with them or the service we received. Thank you!
