I ordered fabric to upholster a chair, which was delivered directly to the chair manufacturer. Unfortunately, they didn’t unpack it and left it tightly wrapped for weeks. The velvetwS then found to be creased. I spoke to Martyn, who was really helpful and sent out another meter to the manufacturer at his own cost, even though it wasn’t his fault. The chair has now been delivered and looks sensational. I’ve since ordered a matching scatter cushion which arrived quickly. Amazing company. Thank you
