Couldn't activate test on the app
Sent test off and they said they couldn't analyse it, could be that it wasn't dried properly, it was.
Asked me if i wanted to redo test, just waiting to see if that will be free or if they expect me to pay again !!
No phone number to contact them and speak to someone, the reply to the online query seems to be a bot. Poor service really.
