This is s bit early as all I have done is do the blood samples and post them. The process was simple and explained well. Let's wait for the results before a final review.

I am only giving this product a 3 star for the following reasons. 1. The time it took from ordering the test kit to receiving it was enormous. 2. I have only just sent the test back, so have not received any results yet.

Bit premature to ask for a review as I’ve not received any results from the test I sent off 10 days ago. The actual test comes quickly, it’s the next part of the process that seems to be taking a long time. They’ve only just received it in the lab so if I get a chance to review again I will. The interface on the app is in German, I hope that changes soon too. Apparently it’s in the hands of the IT department. UPDATE… It’s been 17 days since I sent off the test and 6 days since it’s been at the laboratory. I’m still waiting for results. SECOND UPDATE…They’ve had my sample in the lab for 15 days now and it’s Friday today so nothing will happen over the weekend. I’m disappointed to say the least. If I thought it was going to take this long I would never have gone with cerascreen. IT department haven’t done a thing either to correct the language on my app from German to English. Without any results though, what’s the point?

Dear customer, we are sorry you are not happy with your experience. This particular test takes longer to be analysed. As stated in the product page, the average analysis time is about three weeks. Regarding the app, we are working on resolving those language issues. You can also access your account using the web version at my.cerascreen.co.uk. Terrible! Nothing but problems from start to finish and now we’re having problems with our refund. Would tell people to stay well clear of this company

Bit pricey, and the price has increased over the last few years, but their HbA1c (tests are easy to use, no trying to fill a tiny test tube with blood), they keep you informed of the progress, telling you when they have received your sample, when it's being tested, etc., and the results emails are very helpful. Main point: is the testing accurate? This must be the main point. It certainly corresponds with my NHS results, is all I can report.

As a practitioner, I wanted to recommend their service to my Clients. Unfortunately, no customer service and nobody was replying to my emails. An automated reply came in German. I believe English also should be the language or both languages. I won't recommend their service as customer service is CRUCIAL. Thanks!

I ordered the magnesium selenium and zinc test kit unfortunately I couldn't get anything like enough blood, even from 2 fingers to fill the vial sufficiently.

Gut bio results were difficult to understand. Food allergy tests was completely strange. I am very sensitive to wheat, and lactose. Wheat showed no response, neither did milk. I am very ill if I have lactose. Very odd. Shrimps were high, and I have never eaten them. Cod was another and not eaten for years. Not imppressed at all. It's as if the allergy test results were for another person. A waste of a llot of money.

Couldn't activate test on the app Sent test off and they said they couldn't analyse it, could be that it wasn't dried properly, it was. Asked me if i wanted to redo test, just waiting to see if that will be free or if they expect me to pay again !! No phone number to contact them and speak to someone, the reply to the online query seems to be a bot. Poor service really.

It's taken over a month to get a result (and still waiting). By their own admission, samples degrade, so I doubt anything will be found

The testing seems good, but I requested a follow up contact to discuss my results. Unfortunately the link they provided would not accesss the calendar to book the follow up appointment. Also a link came in a foreign language qhich I could not understand.

Good service I would recommend speeding up the service as waiting 4 weeks or more to receive the results is a bit frustrating and off putting. The service is good but I’m reluctant to recommend it to others due to the length of waiting time. I hope you’ll take this into consideration

I've been asked for a review before results have even been sent. The process to get the kit was easy. Choose pay and it's delivered. The test itself was also easy enough. The time taken to get results is quite lengthy. It appears that the tests are sent to a distribution centre prior to then being sent to a lab and then tested. Still waiting for results.

One star review at the moment they received the blood test last week, not got my results back contacted them for an update still not heard from them. I sent an email two days ago, still not heard from them

Results came back very quick but weren’t helpful at all! A bit of a waste of money and time as it isn’t a proper ‘nut allergy’ test which they promote it to be.
