The blood test never arrived - I would like it to arrive as soon as possible

Terrible! Nothing but problems from start to finish and now we’re having problems with our refund. Would tell people to stay well clear of this company

As a practitioner, I wanted to recommend their service to my Clients. Unfortunately, no customer service and nobody was replying to my emails. An automated reply came in German. I believe English also should be the language or both languages. I won't recommend their service as customer service is CRUCIAL. Thanks!

However, our customer support is active from Monday to Friday taking care of enquiries and messages chronologically. All requests made on the weekend are being taken care of on Mondays. We also have a phone support that is available from 08:00-13:00 from Monday to Friday. You're finding the possibilities to reach us on cerascreen.co.uk under "contact". We would be curious to get your feedback on which method you used to contact us.

It's taken over a month to get a result (and still waiting). By their own admission, samples degrade, so I doubt anything will be found

One star review at the moment they received the blood test last week, not got my results back contacted them for an update still not heard from them. I sent an email two days ago, still not heard from them

Very disappointing . I did two tests with different companies on the same day posted together one company has already sent me my results and Cerascreen have apparently only just received and are processing........not sure if my blood sample will be viable

Terrible experience. Zero ethics and customer service. They will steal your money. This is not a reputable business.
