I enjoy the access I have to a care counselor. it's okay to change your mental health to have an advocate always there for you.
The only downsides I've noticed is that the practitioners are limited in the disorders they can treat and medications they prescribe. The provider visits are only 15 min as well....which is way too short for a proper diagnosis in my opinion.
