I thought the initial evaluation was great. However, when it came time to actually write for medications they kept telling me I needed to be evaluated by someone else. The next evaluation date was a month away. I made my needs known and I was put in touch with someone who offered discounts on counseling and was apologetic about the wait but could not speed up the process. My advice would be to get your journey started early because there may be a wait time involved.
