I am very happy with the care I have received at Cerebral. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. The only issue I had was with making appointments. I was confused at first why I was making two appointments different people. I later learned it was the practitioner and the therapist. Maybe make that idea a bit more clear or user-friendly? Also I like to make my appointments right after the last session, but the app does not allow me to do that. I have to wait a few days. Is that a feature that can be changed? Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience.
