My therapist is wonderful. Crystal is the best part about this app. Had a few issues with getting my medication taken care of after I received my first prescriptions and the medicine I was given made me have suicidal thoughts and I was easy to anger. I tried to make contact to get it changed but had a bit of a hard time getting it taken care of. I was contacted by cerebral finally and was able to get a new prescription. I do advise people to use this service if they are seeking help. I really really look forward to talking to my therapist every week. She is sweet and kind an actually listens objectively. Hopefully my care provider can get me on the right medications. I know it can take trying a few different ones. If you’re scared like I was to seek help use Cerebral. It’s easy to pick someone for help and they will call you when they’re supposed to. They have never let me down on that ever. It does take a while to receive your medication because it is mailed to you and not called in to a local pharmacy so if you’re looking to get help hurry up and start it now. I had some issues and a representative contacted me almost immediately and I did appreciate her help. It seems like they genuinely want to help people not just take your money.
