I like the idea of Cerebral a lot, but I think that there are still some things that need to be figured out. For instance, I think there need to be more common insurances that are more widely accepted. While my medication is covered, the actual use of the platform is not, and it's an added stress to have to worry about how I'm paying for this. Then I feel like there is a sort of lack of communication on how the whole thing works. Like how many times am I allowed to reach out to my care provider through text, and what are some of the expectations of the appointments that I do have, I'm just not entirely sure how all I'm supposed to be supported or if I signed up for a package that doesn't really have those benefits. But there are good things about it too. I love that they ship your medication right to you and all my providers have been super friendly and kind.
