I just want to take this opportunity to say that my life has improved an unimaginable amount since starting this. I don't randomly freak out or binge eat or ever even slightly think about wanting to die or vanish. Things that I thought about daily just dont even cross my mind anymore. I have little to none of the same social issues I had before. I am able to hold down a job now. I'm a better parent and spouse. And every single day It will hit me, it's been so and so long since I did this that or the other thing and it's all very positive. I've quit smoking and drinking entirely I've lost 12 pant sizes. I dont know if this type of message is normal but I dont talk to you guys very often. this whole program has saved my life in so many ways.
