My first experience with Cerebral was really positive - I was matched with a prescriber in my area who I had a good first session with and who prescribed me medication that is helping. However, I also signed up for therapy and have had a hard time finding a therapist whose schedule doesn't show they are booked for the next 6 months. There was also a glitch in the app because it wouldn't let me access my account until I signed up for an appointment with a care counselor which I wasn't able to do so I went in circles for a couple weeks trying to figure that out..... Then I emailed and was given an appointment time at 7:00am and I tried to make it but with a job and an infant, well..... I had to reschedule it to over 2 weeks later. As of this review, I have still not had a therapy session with a care counselor.
