I joined the service because they allowed me to choose my provider and I got an immediate appointment which I NEEDED! She was wonderful and I had no complaints. Then my chosen provider left cerebral. This was a whole different story. I was sent a link to schedule with a provider THEY supplied, with no choice given. No matter that this provider didn't have an opening for over a month and a half!! As for the "therapy" provided, anyone who tells you that effective therapy happens in one half hour session a month, is delusional! That is what is offered. Ridiculous.
