I have used counselors in the past but never saw the benefit, until I started Cerebral. Cerebral has really made a difference in my mental health! I love working with my counselor, Lindsey Glovin, and my entire Care Team! I can message them any time and they always message me back within a reasonable time. My Care Team really cares about me and they show it through their supportive and encouraging statements. I love Cerebral and would fully recommend to anyone struggling with mental health issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, etc.
