I was trying to find a therapist after the death of my son. Local counselors weren't taking in-person clients so I tried Cerebral. After a month of technical issues (computer, account-related, lack of available counselors), an actual appointment was finally made. Inexplicably, that day, I received a cancellation notice - no explanation. In the meantime, Cerebral had collected 2 months of fees, and I still had no therapist. Needless to say, this type of service is no service at all. It was an inexcusable response in a terrible time. Don't go into business to help people if you aren't going to help people.
