After many years of using certas I recently was refused a delivery of oil by the driver.
He explained I had a slight problem with my tank and he would give his report to his office, they then would contact me with details of how to rectify my problem within a few days.
I'm a pensioner and also widow, I was left with hardly any oil in my tank, I've had no phone call from them.
I've now had the problem sorted and another company has supplied me with oil. I will not be using Certas again.
