Was given a delivery date, they didn't show. On chasing, I was fobbed off with excuses. Still no delivery after 3 weeks of chasing. Then got a phone call to say they don't even own a small tanker in my region, and the order should never have been accepted! 3 weeks of no heat, in the snow, then having to go elsewhere and pay hundreds of pounds more. Not impressed, would highly recommend you NEVER touch this company with a barge pole.
