Utterly unreliable. I ordered on 4th December for delivery on, or before the 18th. They failed to deliver, and they were unable to provide a forecast delivery date when I spoke to them on the 19th. With Christmas fast approaching and alternative options becoming increasingly limited and expensive, I cancelled the order and found a local supplier who delivered within 48 hours!
