Asked fir a quote for 1500l kerosene- came back as 68p/l EX-VAT, 71.99 with VAT. Phoned somewhere else, 56.55 x-vat. 12p difference!
Phoned Certas for fun to see if they would match quote. No, but 58 ex-vat. I asked why they didn't offer the second quote - 'computer says no'.
Don't bother with them unless you want a laugh
