We have lived at the same address for three years, we have always had a standard delivery vehicle, with no problems. You have now said that it is not considered safe to deliver oil to our property. Two days in a row you said you were out for delivery, and not turned up you have cost me an extra £50 for having to reorder with another company who will deliver. Thank you for all the stress Bad Bad Bad.
