I have a very bad experience with my order BE-CH20-009713.
It was delivered with missing parts (16 parts are missing) about 3 weeks after the order so definitely the delivery time you specified on the website was not met.
I have been calling customer service several times so far and I still do not know when I am going to receive the missing parts!
