I didn't expect that the delivery will take 2 weeks, which was exactly during my holidays. So I have written to Certeo to ask them to extend the delivery for one week, so that I am home. Nobody has ever replied to my e-mail and the package was delivered when I was on holidays. It was not delivered to me (as I was absent) but it was left at the entrance of our building, for several days, until I returned from holidays. Luckily, I live in a nice neighbourhood so my package was still there, but I don't like this system: delivering to the door and not to the person. The product was disappointing: I tried to store the tires of my Mini (18 inches diameter) and they could not fit into the lover part, it was too small. What would be if I had a big car with big wheels? So, I believe I will not rush to buy more things from Certeo soon.
