Unfortunately, a quite a nightmare, but with a responsive costumer service.
Ordered with a delivery time of 7 to 10 working days. After 8 working days, I dared to ask, if there is any progress in the process, as I have not heard back, not even a confirmation.
Costumer service told me that they were changing IT system, and the order was not placed yet, but is immediately done now.
Indeed, two days later, I got a tracking notice from Swiss post that there was package from Certeo expected to be delivered to me in the future, and that Swiss Post was expecting its delivery in the next hours.
That was a big fat lie. Seven working days later, the tracking information said the same. If I am bad, I'd say, Certeo tried to trick me by sending a delivery announcement, but they never actually planned (or at least not in the next days), to actually deliver the package.
I never got reply from the otherwise nice and responsive costumer service, if the ordered goods were actually available.
I then reversed the order, which was accepted, and payback was initiated after only one further reminder.
So, after all this time, I don't know, if they actually have good to sell or not.
