Via the company Clara & Co based in Switzerland Valais, we've placed an order on the 14th of February. As on their homepage mentioned, we hoped being delivered in 7 to 10 days. 3 weeks passed and we've started to call the hotline to ask where our order was at. "Delivering from Switzerland takes more time" which makes no sense as in their general conditions, they note that delivering to Switzerland is their mane business. Many phone calls and emails later, they've put the fault always on the delivery company, so the post. "We have to investigate and check where the packages are, waiting on feedback from the post", they've said. When checking the tracking numbers, the post had always the status: waiting on packages being dropped of by the company. As things got to much after nearly 6 weeks, we had to cancel our order. Very very disappointed needing to run after them, being put aside and have to wait for actually NOTHING.
