I have ordered an tire rack and the quality is good. That matter is when I ordered, the item was in stock and delivery was supposed to be in 7 to 10 days. It took 5 weeks to be delivered and I had to contact many times customer service to get updates. Customer service was very nice but couldn't really help with their logistics problems.
