Easy to get hold of staff, even changes in staff made little difference to level of support, questions answered clearly and explanations with 'options' provided an understanding of the building requirements. Very happy with service and this saved me so much time. The 'do-it-yourself' option was cumbersome, the government database was not easy to use and their support was lacking in expertise and interest in my project. Not so with Certified Energy. Thank you for making this easy for me.
