The team was very professional and finished the work in the time allowed.
The only issue is when we paid the invoice no one internally in your organisation notified the author of the report so he could send the final version to me as it was time-critical and I had to follow up on all the payment receipts etc to get the report.
With would be great if it could be streamlined.
