Poor Customer Service & Business Practices Extremely poor customer service! They are also known as Tootonic Ltd. If you purchase from them, prepare to be taken. I purchased 5 items through their website and made sure to verify the sizes of the items in my cart before checkout but when I received the confirmation email the sizes of the items I ordered had been changed. I immediately reached out to them and received a response late the next day stating the items were already shipped. I then inquired about returning the items and was told that they did not cover return shipping - hence it would cost me MORE to return the items than what it cost to actually purchase them and have them shipped to me via their company rate - I then asked why I should be out money for their mistake and never received another response from them. Extremely fraudulent company! Beware!
