“I've bought from them in the past and was quite pleased, but things changed and their service is not what it used to be.
Before making my last order I've conacted them to ask several questions, including if they can actually deliver to my country, as there shipping problems there. The answer wasn't helpful, but as I wasn't told there's a problem the shipping, I went on and made the order.
The next day I got a refund. Just a refund. I had to contact them in order to discover that actually they don't ship to my country, and only then did they remove my country from theit shipping order.
In my communication with them they seemed really puzzled why I was annoyed with them. I feel like they wasted time, and right now, I'm not sure I'd bother to try again with them. I just hope they get their act together because they used to be quite nice.”
“They deducted 213 GBP for my order. 5 days later, they cancelled my order without even an email to notify me. I saw a return of 199 GBP to my credit card, from them. When I opened the order details it just says 'cancelled'. No explanation, no care, phones off for the weekend, no email reply 2 days later, and they returned 14 GBP less then deducted 5 days ago. Avoid this website it seems like a scam.”
“Poor Customer Service & Business Practices
Extremely poor customer service! They are also known as Tootonic Ltd. If you purchase from them, prepare to be taken. I purchased 5 items through their website and made sure to verify the sizes of the items in my cart before checkout but when I received the confirmation email the sizes of the items I ordered had been changed. I immediately reached out to them and received a response late the next day stating the items were already shipped. I then inquired about returning the items and was told that they did not cover return shipping - hence it would cost me MORE to return the items than what it cost to actually purchase them and have them shipped to me via their company rate - I then asked why I should be out money for their mistake and never received another response from them. Extremely fraudulent company! Beware!”
