I've bought from them in the past and was quite pleased, but things changed and their service is not what it used to be. Before making my last order I've conacted them to ask several questions, including if they can actually deliver to my country, as there shipping problems there. The answer wasn't helpful, but as I wasn't told there's a problem the shipping, I went on and made the order. The next day I got a refund. Just a refund. I had to contact them in order to discover that actually they don't ship to my country, and only then did they remove my country from theit shipping order. In my communication with them they seemed really puzzled why I was annoyed with them. I feel like they wasted time, and right now, I'm not sure I'd bother to try again with them. I just hope they get their act together because they used to be quite nice.
