I attended a retreat of Charlenas many years ago in Tuscany and it changed so much for me.
I went on to work with her 1:1 and also completed The Pleasure Path which is an online course she runs once a year. This was more like a schooling on pleasure and how my body works and feels and it was epic. Learnt so much from her and so grateful 🙏🏻
