Mistakenly ordered Barbour Winter Lutz Sage jacket XL instead of L size and didn't noticed until I saw the invoice and called the shop next day morning which was answered by a lovely lady (can't recall the name) ,very helpful and she understands the situation and was been offered L size jacket and shipped on the same day via DPD . Jacket is perfect fit and love the colour and looks elegant. Will do future purchases and recommended to my colleagues . I'm fully satisfied with the service and timely manner.
