After ordering my first items from Charlie Hustle (two hats!) I was extremely pleased with their prompt service and their help when I encountered a problem. I happened to be sent a different item from the one I ordered. I received a quick response to my inquiry and received the correct item just a couple of days later. I was provided with a shipping label for the item that was sent by mistake and it was returned to Charlie Hustle quickly as well. The quality of the products pleased me and I will definitely order again.
