I was really excited that I’d managed to get the Harri heels on offer until I received an email a few days later that there was an error in the system and then they were all out of stock. I emailed charlotte mills and explained how I was disappointed, but they soon quickly offered me the henri shoes which I equally love for the same price I’d paid for the harri. So I am very impressed with the customer service and I love my new shoes. Thank you CM x
