Awesome peice of equipment. Couple with the meator Bluetooth prob. This is perfect even cooking machine. I bought the chicken basket which I call the Farris Wheel. Is cooking made easy as hell. I need to talk to the engineers about bushings instead of lock nuts. But the lock nuts work too. Buy it Buy it Folks. If you serious about smoking and grilling food. This is for you!
