I purchased spit roaster model SS1-DX I tried contacting the manager Mark a lot of times so he could replace the parts that were having problems and every time he had a different excuse for not sending them. This happened since December, and after a lot of back and forward he sent incorrect pieces and told me that he wasn’t going to pay for another shipment even though it was his mistake. Really bad customer service.
