Mark the manager of the company do not help customers at all.. To sell is easier but when a customer has a problem..he doesn't help at all..
Bad customer service..we bought to machine last year and the delivery was incomplete and the motor wasn't working...when we call him...mark ..
That is his name he said he won't replace it ..dont buy from that company.. Thanks
