I had a very good experience, I forgot to order chicken forks and when I called I was able to work it out with Mark. He is a bit blunt in his tone, comes across a bit of an attitude but it worked out. He ended up giving me 2 for 1 on the order and it worked out.
I got their TS1 system that sits over a pit, its very solid and heavy and the motor was strong. roaster out 60lb whole hog with ease.
