Delivery took a lot longer than I ever hoped. Granted there was covid but it still felt a lot longer than stated on website. The rug was damp and dirty when I opened it. But being heavily pregnant I didn’t want to waste time or effort returning the rug.
Happy with the colour (once I had it cleaned) and quality seems reasonable for price paid. Hesitant to be a returning customer. Will be doing it with caution if I do.
