“I purchased my first rug from Cheap rugs Australia, delivery fast with no problems at all! The quality of the rug was excellent, and communication is fantastic! I loved the camera option in helping me decide which rug I wanted to purchase as there is such a great range to choose from. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them. ☺️”

“We purchased the wrong underlay and Alex helped us, and organised a return of the item. We ordered the correct one and Australia Post delayed delivery. Alex's communication with us was excellent, both in terms of organising the return and keeping us informed of the progress of the delivery. I would highly recommend Cheap Rugs Australia as a very professional company.”

“very happy with the rug, looks just as pictured, material feels nice for an outdoor rug. just a note: the shipping info is misleading. On the product site it says shipping to Sydney is 2-3 weekdays. After I ordered and got a confirmation email with tracking number it said ETA is about 2 weeks (as it was shipped from Midland, WA). Would just be nice to know that before ordering. Cheers”

“Prices too high (much more competitive elsewhere) and a returns policy that is vague and doesn't state that returns are at customer expense. Delivery time is too long (10 days) and trying to organise a return took ages. The only shining light is that Alex from Customer Service was very helpful.”
