“very happy with the rug, looks just as pictured, material feels nice for an outdoor rug. just a note: the shipping info is misleading. On the product site it says shipping to Sydney is 2-3 weekdays. After I ordered and got a confirmation email with tracking number it said ETA is about 2 weeks (as it was shipped from Midland, WA). Would just be nice to know that before ordering. Cheers”

“Excellent range of styles, shapes, designs and sizes at reasonable if not “super-cheap” prices. Interstate delivery between NSW and Vic is a day or two slower than desirable, otherwise 5 star!”

“Cheap Rugs Australia really are inexpensive but great quality. The colour was close to what was shown in the picture online and the delivery was smooth and seamless. We're happy with the purchased and service. We thought the hard floor underlay would be attached to the rug but it is a separate piece. It would have been better if this was attached so that was a bit of a surprise but all in all, we're very happy.”

“I give the rugs and company five star as the Rug I purchased are beautiful good quality everything I expected. But when delivered the Courier did not deliver it to my front door, I could not believe it. They left it in the underground car park where anyone can enter at the number of my house.. anyone could’ve taken this. I suggest your company should investigate and improve their delivery service.”

“Cheaprugs itself was fine. However your chosen delivery company Hunter Express was terrible and is likely the reason I will not purchase another rug. $100 redirection, which delayed delivery by 5 business days. Hunter Expresses tracking site gave incorrect informations then for the last two days said it was cancelled. We received notification our delivery was going to come within the hour on Thursday, only to call and find out it was coming Friday. The call centre for Hunter Express was blunt, rude and frustrating to deal with. The rug was left outside in the driveway, no knock or doorbell ring. I specifically left instructions to leave it behind the side gate if we were not home, we were home and only notified of delivery when we checked our email.”
